Update after a looong time!
So I did have a long stretch of pretty bad days, and thankfully it settled down a bit in the last couple of weeks and I had some petty good days where I was able to do a lot of things and my neck calmed down a little too. Every day and every hour is different though. My neck area still gets triggered easily from walking and sometimes walking turns into torture.
Anyway, I had my two MRIs and I was able to bump up a Neurologist visit by calling the hospital about it. The neurologist didn't seem too alarmed or concerned over pretty much anything I was telling him, and he said he didn't find much on my MRI except normal degenertion in my neck.
He thinks all of the neck cracking and stuff is normal degeneration for my age (so I guess it's just a massive coincidence that it all started out of nowhere along with all my other neck symptoms..... ok). He thinks the dizziness is a vestibular migraine (so I'm a rare case that's had it since March?..... ok). And he thinks that my muscle problems like my tremors are just from low iron (so why didn't they start when my iron level was 3 and instead are starting now when I improved my iron???..... ok).
As you can see I'm pretty skeptical about his opinions and I don't feel that any progress has really been made, however, I know everybody is different and everyone's body is different so for now I'm just going to follow his instructions and see if there is any change. I'm basically just taking iron & magnesium every night as instructed by him, but I may also try to follow an elimination diet that can help vestibular migraines. So I'll see if this makes any difference for the time being.
I'm still doing some neck stretches and massages and some exercises every now and then, but I'm keeping it simple because I'm terrified of pushing my limits at this point and causing more pains or flareups or something. Now that I've had days where I can actually think and feel human again, I just really don't want any more bad day weeks. I've spent too many hours this year being a ghost that isn't even part of this world.
