Okay so my breathing never came back to 100% completely but it's like 98% most of the time. Sometimes it gets worse when I'm walking or being more physical, and sometimes I still get this discomfort under my rib area, sort of like someone punched me in the stomach, but it seems related to the breathing thing so my guess is it's jsut all linked to muscle stuff, which seems to be the case for my entire body lately.
The other day I saw some posts of people with the internal tremors and other things and they wrote that they had lupus, so I got paranoid about that and did a private blood test the next day because I couldn't get it off my mind. But it came back negative. I guess there are other things I can still do private blood tests for but it'll get expensive if I rush into that so I'll try to exhaust more general resources first.
Oh and my occipital area got horrible again out of nowhere, for like 1-2 weeks now. It hurts so much to massage the back of my head or even to poke it. Some nights the occipital stuff has been ruining my sleep a little, but it hasn't been as bad as it was this summer so I'm grateful about that for now...
I can't remember if I wrote about how horrible I felt a few weeks ago (after the breathing thing started to die down a bit) - but when I was doing physical things like computer stuff or packing orders, I just felt like I was going to die, like it was such a horrible all-around feeling that I can't explain, like an agitated exhaustion, which sounds contradicting. I literally thought I might jsut drop dead and die, and at the time I didn't really care I guess. It was out of my hands. Well to be honest there are a lot of differeny pains and discomforts and bad times I go through that I don't write in here. It's just too much and changes hour by hour.
Anyway, all my muscles ache and are sore and I'm hoping to build up some strength and see if maybe that can get rid of the tremors maybe.
